- Dr. Fuhrman — Gentle Prenatal Multivitamin + D3 (120ct); Pixie Vites Children's Multivitamin (120ct)
- NuLife — Advanced Bariatrics Multivitamin Chewable Tablets (60ct)

These products were sold between April 2023 and February 2026, ranging in price from $13 to $130. They were available at the following retailers and platforms:
- Credo Beauty
- Erewhon
- Healf
- Nutrition World
- The Vitamin Shoppe
- Fullscript
- Ulta Beauty (stores nationwide)
- Medical practitioners' offices
- Each brand's own website
- Amazon.com
Notably, several of these products are prenatal or children's vitamins, making the packaging failure particularly alarming, as they are marketed to and used in households with young children.
