Paola Pearson is a partner at Anapol Weiss known for her attention to detail, ability to lead and passion for helping individuals injured as a result of negligence. Mrs. Pearson concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation, including personal injury, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, and mass torts involving defective medical devices and pharmaceutical drugs. Currently, Mrs. Pearson focuses her practice on seeking justice for families whose children have suffered permanent disability or death due to preventable birth injuries.
Educational Background and Legal Qualifications
Mrs. Pearson earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University and her law degree from Villanova University School of Law. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Pennsylvania as well as the District of New Jersey. She is also specially admitted to practice in other federal and state courts throughout the country. Mrs. Pearson is bilingual and her fluency in Spanish enables her to work closely with our clients who speak Spanish as their first language.

Mrs. Pearson is a member of various organizations including the Pennsylvania Association for Justice, the American Association for Justice, the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the Philadelphia Bar Association, the Hispanic Bar Association of Pennsylvania and Community Legal Services of Philadelphia. In her relatively young legal career, Mrs. Pearson has played an integral role in many significant verdicts and settlements, including a $225 Million Dollar Settlement in In re: Sorin 3T Heater-Cooler Systems Products Liability Litigation (M.D. PA 2019) and Baker v. Sorin Group Deutschland GMBH, et. al. (M.D. PA 2019). Mrs. Pearson currently serves on the Plaintiffs Executive Committee of In Re: Elmiron (Pentosan Polysulfate Sodium) Products Liability Litigation (MDL 2973) pending in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
