Dedicated to Holding Corporations Accountable for Preventable Harm

Beth Wilkins is an associate at Anapol Weiss and a nationally recognized plaintiffs' attorney who has dedicated her career to representing individuals harmed by dangerous products, toxic exposures, and corporate misconduct. For more than fifteen years, Beth has fought on behalf of people and families facing some of the most complex and challenging legal battles in the country, helping clients pursue accountability from corporations whose actions have caused serious injury and loss.

Beth's passion for advocacy is strengthened by a unique combination of legal, scientific, and public health training. Before attending law school, she worked in the Department of Pediatric Infectious Diseases at Boston University Medical Center, where she conducted research on vaccine efficacy. Her experience working with scientific and medical data laid the foundation for a legal career focused on helping individuals harmed by defective pharmaceuticals, dangerous consumer products, environmental contamination, and other preventable hazards.

Throughout her career, Beth has concentrated her practice on complex mass tort, product liability, and toxic tort litigation. She has represented plaintiffs in high-profile cases involving defective drugs, medical products, pesticides, toxic exposures, and environmental contamination. Her ability to understand and analyze complicated scientific evidence has made her a valuable advocate for clients whose cases require navigating highly technical medical and public health issues.

Beth has served in leadership positions in numerous multidistrict litigations and has earned recognition from peers throughout the plaintiffs' bar for her work in large-scale litigation. She served on the Plaintiffs' Steering Committee in the In re Zostavax Products Liability Litigation and co-chaired the Law and Briefing Committee, helping to guide litigation strategy and motion practice in one of the nation's most significant pharmaceutical product liability cases. She has also served on Science, Discovery, and Law and Briefing Committees in other multidistrict proceedings and played an important leadership role in the In re Uber Technologies, Inc., Passenger Sexual Assault Litigation.

Prior to joining Anapol Weiss, Beth built a distinguished career representing plaintiffs in complex litigation nationwide. Her work has contributed to the recovery of millions of dollars on behalf of individuals harmed by defective products and corporate wrongdoing. She has spent her career helping clients seek justice against powerful interests while providing compassionate guidance through some of the most difficult circumstances of their lives.

Beth earned her Juris Doctor from Saint Louis University School of Law, where she also earned a Master of Public Health degree and graduated with a concentration in Health Law. During law school, she served as Executive Editor of the Saint Louis University Journal of Health Law. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, where she double majored in Biochemistry and Cellular Biology and completed minors in Environmental Science and Science and Society.

At Anapol Weiss, Beth continues the firm's longstanding commitment to representing individuals and families harmed by negligence, dangerous products, and corporate misconduct.
