Rhys Kelly is an associate at Anapol Weiss, where his practice focuses on mass torts. He drafts responsive briefs, complaints, and motions in limine, prepares for depositions by researching experts and collecting medical records, researches case law and expert witnesses, and assists with trials.

Rhys joined Anapol Weiss as a law clerk in May 2025 before continuing with the firm as an associate. He previously served as a legal intern with the Philadelphia City Solicitor's Office, Tort Division, where he drafted answers, researched civil legal issues, observed depositions, and argued a cross-motion in court. He also interned with the Federal Re-Entry Clinic (STAR) Program in Philadelphia, assisting participants in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania with legal issues including overdue medical bills, credit issues, and identity fraud, and interned for the Honorable Malachy E. Mannion in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, where he drafted legal opinions and other documents.

Rhys earned his J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he was a member of the Integrated Trial Advocacy Program, and served as treasurer of the Temple Law Wine Society, and made the Dean's List for four consecutive semesters. He earned his B.A. in International Relations and Economics, magna cum laude, from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University, where he was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Outside the office, Rhys enjoys skiing, tennis, golf, running, reading, and cooking.
