Anapol Weiss welcomes Richard Golomb and Kevin Fay as of counsel, furthering the firm’s national leadership in mass tort litigation.
Anapol Weiss, one of the nation’s leading personal injury and mass tort litigation firms, is expanding its practice with the acquisition of Philadelphia’s Golomb Legal.
Richard Golomb, the firm’s name partner, represents more than 1,200 women in the mass tort litigation against Johnson & Johnson for ovarian cancer injuries caused by use of J&J’s talcum powder. In addition to mass tort litigation and consumer class actions, Golomb’s practice includes individual medical malpractice and product liability cases.
Joining Golomb as of counsel at Anapol Weiss is Kevin Fay, whose years of experience will further enhance Anapol Weiss’s growing prominence as one of the nation’s most notable personal injury and mass tort litigation firms.
Sol Weiss, one of the co-founders of the firm, will be moving to an of counsel role, focusing on mentoring younger attorneys. “I’m 77 years old,” Weiss explained. “I look forward to helping [attorneys at] Anapol Weiss refine their skills and prepare themselves for trials.”
