Allison Goldberg is an associate at Anapol Weiss devoted to representing individuals who have needlessly suffered catastrophic personal injuries. She focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including birth injury, medical malpractice, sexual abuse and assault, transvaginal mesh, and products liability actions. She also has experience with personal injury matters involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and construction accidents.
Prior to joining the firm, Allison defended hospitals, health care providers, and insurance companies through all stages of litigation. Her background as a defense attorney provides a unique skill set that allows her to effectively advocate for those injured due to negligent medical care or defective products. In addition, Allison’s longstanding dedication to healthcare law motivates her to fight for better quality healthcare on behalf of her clients.
Allison earned her bachelor’s degree in public health from New York University. She received her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she attended the evening program. During law school, Allison was a full-time paralegal at a regional defense firm assisting with medical malpractice matters.
In her spare time, Allison enjoys reading fiction, painting, and traveling.
