Our Toxic Tort and Environmental Team is now investigating claims for individuals who may be suffering the consequences of exposure to contaminated water in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.

The government has recently revealed that several military bases in Willow Grove, Horsham and Warrington, Pennsylvania utilized a firefighting foam containing highly toxic PFOAs and PFOSs; chemicals that can leak into the water and result in numerous injuries including kidney cancer, testicular cancer, thyroid disease, ulcerative colitis, and possibly injuries to mothers and their babies.

Our Anapol Weiss team, lead by shareholder Larry Cohan and associates David Carney and Catelyn McDonough, has been investigating this catastrophic public health issue and are currently accepting inquiries from those who may have been affected.

If you know of anyone who might need our assistance, please have them contact us
